Recap

2023 Trends

The global Home Backup Generators market size was valued at USD 1662.52 million in 2022 and is expected grow by 6.38%, reaching USD 2409.53 million by 2027. This growth may be in part due to rapidly growing manufacturing industries and increasing demand for backup power supplies worldwide. Additionally, as research and development search for new generator fuel alternatives for fossil fuels, manufacturers have been propelled to launch innovative generators such as hybrid generators and bifuel. These generators utilise two sources of energy to supply electricity depending on the need and may become more prevalent for in-home, commercial, and portable generators domestically and abroad. These trends also prove a challenge as pressure mounts for investing in clean energy while providing for rising energy demands.
